“I love the sense of fulfillment I get from helping others and making a positive impact in their lives through my job,” Alyssa shares.

Alyssa loves the friendly, team-oriented environment at The PREOP Center. “Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. We work as a TEAM and our goal is to provide the best patient care,” she says. She is motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives, “I like feeling like my work is making a positive impact.”

Alyssa’s approach to patient care is rooted in empathy and understanding. “I sympathize with their pain. I listen and try to relate and be as helpful as I can,” Alyssa explains. She believes that focusing on the mental health side of the surgery process sets the PREOP Center apart from others, ensuring patients feel confident and supported. “We want all of our patients to be confident in their surgery and the healing process,” she emphasizes.

Alyssa takes pride in helping nervous and confused patients, making their pre-surgical experience smoother and less daunting. “Knowing I can give them a peace of mind makes everything worth it,” she says.
